Ingredients:

Olio evo
2 porri
2 patate medie
vino bianco
800 ml di brodo vegetale
1 foglia di alloro
sale + pepe

Procedimento:

Mettere in una pentola un po' di olio e rosolarci i porri tagliati a rotelline e le patate sbucciate e tagliate a cubetti. 
Bagnare con un po' di vino bianco e lasciar evaporare.
Aggiungere il brodo e la foglia di alloro, coprire e lasciar cuocere circa mezzora o finché le patate sono cotte.
Frullare tutto con il minipimer e condire con sale e pepe.
Volendo si può servire con dei piccoli crostini di pane.

Ingredienti :
1/2 cubetto di lievito (21 gr)

3 dl di panna
3 tuorli

Procedure:
