A fish special for everyone

After the last post Finally, there is just need something short, simple, good.
is why I offer this recipe.
I state that I am not a great lover of fish. I do not like fish "complicated" one-to-clean, full of bones, he knows too much "fish" ...
Yeah I know ... It's a bit 'spoiled by ... and very little of Liguria, in fact they are a bit 'the black sheep of the family! :) But anyway ... Nobody is perfect!
So here's a recipe with a fish easy, the cod fillet. The preparation is very simple but the onions and orange slices give the fish an incredible taste and then forms a sauce that will make you conclude by lunch on the slipper. In defiance of etiquette!

Ingredients:

1 C extra virgin olive oil 1 red onion
1 orange bio
2 cod fillets (approx 150 g each)
salt and pepper
1 sprig of thyme
1 dl vegetable stock

Preparation:

Heat oven to 200 ° C.

Grease the pan with oil. Cut the onion into wedges and orange into thin slices. Spread half of the orange and onion on bottom of pan.
Season the fillets with salt and pepper and lay them in the pan. Cover with the rest of the onion and orange. Pour the broth and add the thyme sprigs. Cover the pan with aluminum paper.

Bake for 15 minutes then remove the aluminum paper and bake for 10 minutes.

(The source of the recipe, unfortunately, I do not remember, I think it was a magazine, I hope to do a disservice to anyone)
